One of the biggest influences on Emily's career has been the leaders who trusted her to take on new challenges while providing support when she needed it. That experience helped shape the kind of leader she strives to be today. She encourages independence while remaining available to help her team succeed.

One of the aspects of contracts and business operations that Emily finds most rewarding is the opportunity to create positive change. Whether negotiating a challenging contract provision, introducing a new idea, or improving an internal process, she takes pride in helping the organization operate more efficiently.


A strong believer in continuous improvement, she strives to make processes smoother for both her team and the company as a whole. Seeing those improvements come to life is one of the most satisfying parts of her work. When asked what qualities are most important for success, Emily emphasized the value of attention to detail, organization, and efficiency.


Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors and may surprise some coworkers with one of her favorite hobbies: fishing. And if she could instantly master any skill? It would be having the perfect memory for tasks and priorities, something that would save even the most dedicated note-taker a few pages.


We are excited to see her continue to grow in her new role and look forward to the leadership, innovation, and support she will bring to the Contracts team. Congratulations on this well-deserved promotion!
