BMA Awarded FY 21 Nunn-Perry Award by DoD

The Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) honored BMA today as one of only three recipients of a 2021 Nunn-Perry Award. This distinguished award recognizes excellence in the DoD Mentor-Protégé Program established to help small businesses enhance their presence in the defense industry by partnering with larger corporations. The award recognizes BMA’s significant growth and accomplishments as a protégé of mentor Tec- Masters, Inc. under a Missile Defense Agency administered program.


BMA provides professional services to the Department of Defense (DoD) in Training, Doctrine Development, Test & Evaluation (T&E), Advisory & Assistance Services, Cybersecurity, Software Development & Lifecycle Support, and Information Technology (IT) Services. BMA’s growth under the program enabled certification growth cybersecurity improvements and expansion outside of DoD into USAID and National Institute of Health.


Tec-Masters, Inc. (TMI), a HUBZone certified company based in Huntsville, AL has successfully completed 16 DoD Mentor Protege Program agreements and has been awarded 8 Nunn-Perry awards for excellence supporting the DoD Mentor Protégé Program.
